Real estate can be a whirlwind – and for Jacki Rynish-Knapp, that’s exactly what makes it so fulfilling. Based in Brookfield, WI, and serving clients across Southeastern Wisconsin, Jacki thrives in an industry where no two days (or transactions) are ever the same.
“I thrive on a little bit of crazy, and sometimes this job gets very crazy and unpredictable,” she says. “I love how my schedule can change during the day due to showings or a rental emergency. I love having people in my pocket to help when someone has a home emergency.”
Now five years into her real estate career, Jacki has built a reputation for her organization, insight, and unwavering attention to detail. She’s the kind of agent who anticipates problems before they arise and ensures every box is checked along the way. That level of diligence recently helped her client win in a multiple-offer situation. “The listing agent told me that what encouraged the sellers to pick our offer was the fact that I had no mistakes in my offer. She could tell I was very detail-oriented and knew we would have a very smooth transaction.”
It’s that same blend of big-picture strategy and detailed execution that makes Jacki a standout in her field – and why, if she ever had to change professions, she’d likely still be managing projects. “But in reality, that is what I am. There are so many moving parts during a transaction and with our rentals. I’m constantly dealing with contractors, negotiating deals, and making sure all parts are moving at the same speed so deadlines are met.”
When asked about local businesses and people she admires, Jacki is quick to shine a light on others in her community. She holds deep appreciation for the dedication and care she sees in her peers, calling out contractors, collaborators, and fellow professionals who raise the bar.
“One of my favorite contractors is Brent Snow with Absolute Comfort Heating and Cooling. He has great perspective, has been in the industry for over 25 years, and runs a quality business,” she shares.
She also credits fellow Realtor Ethan Massen as a trusted sounding board and friend. “I really admire and trust and respect Ethan… I respect his dedication to real estate, his hard work, and his thought process. He also treats everyone with respect. A true friend and professional.”
And when it comes to her own headshots, Jacki had this to say: “I also really like Kara Reese Photography. She surrounds herself with amazing professionals, is quick to answer, is smart about delegating, and her photographs are amazing! A truly wonderful photography experience.”
